Autumn Retreat - May 2014

The response has been absolutely overwhelming. We are fully booked and there is still 7 months to go!!! Most people are coming from Thursday until Sunday - three days of creativity, fun, food, and wonderful company. I can't wait already :)

We have set up a waiting list and places will be allocated in order of registration.  If we receive a cancellation that place will be offered to the first person on the waiting list.

All the meals courtesy of Anne T!!!  Pumpkin soup, pancakes with berry sauce and cream, salad buns with 'THAT' sauce, fish for dinner, Belgian meatballs for dinner, muffin for morning tea, and a custard (?) type pie for afternoon tea.

Our latest retreat

A fantastic time was had by all 37 wonderful ladies who came along!!! The classes were amazing, the tutors were fantastic, the laughter was great, the food was delicious!!!   Ladies came from all round the country - Auckland, Wellington, Blenheim, Ashburton, Woodend, and Christchurch.  And what a fun bunch we were!!!

Project Life with the Professionals!!!

Enjoy three inspiring hours with Project Life super gals - Hayley and Belinda.  With amazing creativity and fun these two girls will teach you many ways to enhance and embellish the cards and pockets in your Project Life/Daily/Weekly album.  Only $30!!!  Bookings essential to Adrienne.

"Add dimension to your Scrapbooking" -

A two layout class with lots of dimension, layering and techniques!  And bonus inspiration of a third layout!!!  Cost $48, limited places still available. Email Adrienne to book.  This class runs on Saturday, 7 September from 2 - 5pm.

Annelie's Class

Just an update on Annelie's class......due to product supply issues we decided to create a whole new class using a 'not yet released' range!!! So you will get to play with super duper new goodies that are coming out later in July. Sneak peeks will be posted in August.

 Poor Annelie will be speed scrapping but we know she will create gorgeous layouts!!!  And using brand new product is an added bonus :)

 

Heritage Class with Megan Gourlay

Megan will be teaching to stunning heritage layouts using gorgeous product from Kaiser, Dusty Attic, and more.    Cost for the class is $46.  Bookings are on a first in first paid basis and limited places are available.  Email Adrienne to book.

September 2013 Retreat Update

Just to update you - the retreat will run from midday Friday 6 September until 2pm Sunday 8 September 2013. Cost is $165 and includes meals from Friday night dinner until Sunday night lunch inclusive.  Places are still available - email Adrienne for a registration form.

Teaching classes during the weekend are past Design Team members Annelie Maddock, Michelle Whorwood, and Megan Gourlay.  They are all busy designing and planning their classes as I write but we hope to have sneak peeks available by mid-June.  Bookings and pricing will be available once the girls have completed their classes.  So check back here regularly for updates.

April Retreat Class Information

Lowri McNabb, local Off the Page designer from Blenheim, has created and designed two classes which will be available at our retreat on 5, 6, 7 April.  Each class costs $45 - this includes all needed products to create the project and three hours of tuition.  Bookings available for the limited places in these classes, email Adrienne adrienne@scrappinpatch.co.nz.

OH SNAP! ALBUM - Saturday 6 April 9.15 - 12.15pm  $45.00.  

This album is great for any occasion!  We will create an album from chipboard, acetate and flute card and decorate it using a variety of techniques.  Materials will include fabric thickers, wooden veneers, embellishments, glass butons, washi and some fun new transparencies.
Products from Echo Park, Studio Calico, Maya Road, Jillibean Soup and more.
The album has been custom designed and made in New Zealand.

 

 

SO NOTED FRAME - Saturday 6 April 2 - 5pm - $45.00

Celebrate what is important to you with this fun project.  Using a variety of techniques, we will create heaps of fun embellishments, give the frame a lovely woodgrain finish and learn how to use acetate and dimensional accents to create a project that jumps off the page!

The frame comes with a mounting stand for easy display and has been custom designed and made in New Zealand.
